Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Goods purchased online from cleansupplies.com.au may be returned for credit and will be subject to the following handling charges:
| Within 14 days of purchase date - | Nil |
| Within 15-30 days of purchase date - | 10% |
| After 30 days of purchase date - | No credit |
Claims
No claims are recognised unless made within 7 days from date of sale. Claims can be made by phoning Clean Supplies on 1300 556 779 or emailing sales@cleansupplies.com.au.
Cancellation of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $37 merchant chargeback fee, ONLY if notice is received by Clean Supplies before the products leave the warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Conditions of Sale
Goods subject to any sale remain the property of Clean Supplies Australia Pty Ltd until the whole of the purchase price has been paid for by the Purchaser to Clean Supplies Australia Pty Ltd.
